    Job Description

    Our Enterprise Product organization is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the UX/UI team. Our UIs are primarily desktop browser-based applications for internal users, including dashboards, DAMs, and scheduling tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.

    UX/UI Designer is a hands-on role with two primary responsibilities:

    • Partner with UX/UI team members to producing hi-fi designs & prototypes
    • Partner with UX Lead to maintain & support design system libraries

    This role is production-focused and does not include user research or discovery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Use Figma to produce hi-fi designs & interactive prototypes based on provided sketches or lo-fi wireframes, existing design system patterns, and product requirements.
    • Maintain, update, and quality control design system libraries, including components, patterns, and page templates
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ professional experience designing and prototyping in Figma
    • Professional experience working within a complex design system, especially Material Design, Salesforce, and SAP Fiori. Experience with Accessibility a plus.
    • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
    • A professional portfolio of relevant design & prototyping samples (Must include link in resume or application)
    • Please submit one Figma file (as a link or .fig file) that demonstrates familiarity with Figma features and file organization skills
    • Strong working knowledge of MacOS. Familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus
    • Must be able to work Eastern Time
