    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • HR partner to our clients, including organizational design, talent acquisition, and retention, compensation analysis, performance management, talent management, reporting/analytics, onboarding, and offboarding.
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to both business leaders and employees, fostering a strong partnership and a positive employee experience.
    • Leverage HR expertise and best practices to lead resolution on employee relations, investigations, and accommodation matters.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
    • Partner with talent acquisition to develop and implement strategies for open positions.
    • Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and develop training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
    • Serve in a project manager role for the team; take the lead on HR-related projects and initiatives that serve the business.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and increase productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to business leaders, identifying trends and recommending strategies for improvement.
    • Mentor and provide career development opportunities and guidance to employees’ development.
    • Manage headcount and budget.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Related Field of Study
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Team-oriented, self-starter who can drive HR processes and deliver high-quality HR partnerships in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
    • High sense of urgency and customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and work with employees at all levels required.
    • Highly resourceful and organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and creatively.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
    • Experience with HR information systems (i.e., SAP).
    • Proven track record of forming effective relationships with client groups.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic environment.

    This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
