    Job Description

    ** Summary:**

    As a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) Controllership team, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for Co-managing a portfolio of Licensees across UP&E (Consumer Products and Digital Games) and will participate in collecting as well as troubleshooting with the offshore teams (credit, collections, cash application & Royalty billing teams). This role reports to the Sr. Director Credit & Collections.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist in managing the AR aging
    • Work closely with the offshore collector(s) for the allocated portfolio
    • As necessary, research & assist with posting payments
    • Guide credit team, with credit research and decisions
    • Perform licensee account reconciliation
    • Analyze royalty reports
    • Create manual invoices
    • Various other tasks (i.e.; Audit requests, requests from licensors etc.)
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Qualifications/Requirements:**

    • 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
    • Proficient with Windows-based applications (Excel, Word)

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Excellent data analytical skills
    • Excel skills
    • Experience with Consumer Products entity strongly desired; experience with a royalty (licensing) based business preferred
    • Strong time management skills
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Proactive approach to problem solving
    • Strong work ethic and follow-through
    • Excellent communication skills both written, and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $62,000 - $70,000
