    Job Description

    _ Role Purpose_

    The Vice President, Fair Employment Training will be responsible for strategic development, execution and monitoring of global fair and respectful workplace trainings and initiatives.

    _ Job Duties_

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage NBCUniversal’s global Respect in the Workplace training program for corporate and production employees
    • Oversee the development and implementation of, and participate in the delivery of, innovative respectful workplace and other employment-related training programs for in-person and online audiences across the Company
    • Partner with production executives, Legal Affairs, Employment Law and Human Resources to support training for scripted and unscripted productions
    • Create and design bespoke training tailored to different workforce populations and environments at the Company
    • Regularly liaise with stakeholders to ensure that training processes and content are aligned with specific business needs
    • Partner with HR Operations to develop and execute best-in-class systems and processes, in order to ensure accurate assignment and completion of training
    • Develop insightful reporting metrics and create reports to inform proactive strategy, in order to foster a respectful working environment
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training and work to optimize future courses
    • Oversee employees who support the training function
    • Support SVP, Equitable Workplace Practices and Employment Law teams on special projects as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Basic Requirements_

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development
    • Direct experience creating and scaling short- and long-term strategic plans in a corporate environment
    • Direct experience managing enterprise-wide projects in a large-scale, matrixed corporate environment
    • Proven ability to build relationships across a large organization

    _ Desired Characteristics_

    • Experience in best in class fair hiring practices, EOE/OFCC, and employment law preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree, in HR, Communications, Administration, or Organization Development a plus
    • Knowledge of fair employment practices and compliance a plus
    • Proficiency with LMS tools
    • Experience with a diverse set of businesses within a corporation
    • Proven time and project management skills, including meeting significant deadlines
    • Exceptional analytic, communication, and organizational skills
    • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
    • Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively

    _ Additional Requirements_

    • Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA or New York, NY
    • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
    • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
