THE ROLE: This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing & Comms. Planning and is responsible for supporting the coordination of Peacock’s go-to-market planning. The Manager will work collaboratively with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to bring Peacock’s marketing plans together – identifying key priorities, providing context and rich insights to inform plans, and translating plans into innovative and efficient comms. strategies that hit our KPIs. The planning role will balance shaping the brand’s long-term marketing and comms. strategies with remaining nimble and adjusting as needed to respond to real-time business dynamics.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supporting the development and ongoing refinement of Peacock’s go-to-market plans

    • Identifying key priorities and liaising with media counterparts to build breakthrough plans that strategically allocate resources to meet business goals

    • Defining goals and KPIs for comms. strategies to drive and evaluate success

    • Translating data into meaningful insights that shape marketing plan strategy

    • Collaborating with brand, marketing, and strategy teams to source and combine various inputs into seamlessly integrated holistic plans and aligning plans with key stakeholders

    • Distilling high-level marketing plans into actionable comms. strategies and briefs

    • Interfacing with cross-functional teams to promote a unified briefing process

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in marketing or comms. planning for a brand or agency • Knowledge of streaming landscape and business models (e.g., AVOD, SVOD, PVOD) • Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex, multi-faceted projects • Proficient in analyzing and translating qual/quant data into actionable insights • Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment. • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated. • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
