    The Activations Project Manager is responsible for managing projects regarding the implementation of our technology solutions, which Partner Golf Courses use to successfully run their businesses. This role performs a large variety of tasks, acting as both an industry and technology consultant in providing an elite service, rarely found in the golfing industry. If you have a passion for solving problems and helping people improve their businesses, this is a great job for you.

    This position will be staffed by individuals pursuing a career in revenue management or account management. A Revenue Specialist will have the opportunity to learn and utilize technology tools such as revenue management systems (RMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM), distribution platforms, and booking engines. Additionally, they will engage with data and analytics, performance reports, business intelligence tools, and proprietary price optimization software. Persons with hospitality, customer service, client support, and account management backgrounds can excel in this role focused on client relationships, retention, and consultation. A Revenue Specialist is focused on driving optimal revenue performance for their clients, and this role will report into the Business Services Manager.  JOB DUTIES

    • Working with new and existing partners to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones regarding new software implementation and training.
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage changes in project scope, identify risks, and handle crises.
    • Working with and scheduling Activation Specialists to identify needs and deliver excellent service to partners.
    • Evaluating partner equipment for compatibility, needed for procurement, configuration, and logistics.
    • Creating and documenting processes as departmental needs evolve.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of software implementation and project management experience
    • Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce software
    • Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage, remotely and concurrently, software implementations at multiple partner sites
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Software implementation experience is preferred
    • Working knowledge of the hospitality, accounting, and/or golf industry is desirable
    • Previous experience with the GolfNow suite of products, or other electronic reservation/POS systems, is highly desirable

    ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Willingness to travel and work overtime, evenings, holidays, and weekends, sometimes with short notice as needed  
    • Must be willing to be “on-call” during implementation projects
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL.
    • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
