Job Description ROLE SUMMARY: Help us find the next generation of NBCUniversal leaders! As an Early Career Recruiter, you will work with business leaders and HR partners to recruit great talent for our best-in-class internship program and early career rotational programs. We are a flexible and agile recruiting team – this position will report to our Director of Early Career Recruitment and will primarily support one or more of NBCU’s businesses with a focus on technology, including Direct-To-Consumer (Peacock and Fandango), Operations & Technology and Decision Sciences. This is an opportunity to work with areas that support the iconic brands across NBCUniversal’s portfolio. There will also be the opportunity to pipeline top intern talent into our highly competitive post-graduate programs, such as the Media Tech Associate Program. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years of related work experience, which could include recruiting on campus or at career fairs as well as conducting interviews, assessing candidates for internships or full-time positions • Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Universal City, CA • Ability to travel as needed • Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment. • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated. • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols. Desired Characteristics • Experience recruiting or working with early career talent in a corporate setting • Full life cycle recruiting experience • Experience working with technology clients (i.e. Engineering, Cyber Security, Operations, Data Science & Analytics) • Passion for Media, TV, Film & Technology • Strong influencing & negotiation skills • Experience interacting with students in a public facing way – i.e. recruiting events, virtual events, social media • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and remain flexible when business needs change Additional Information
