You’ll Be Joining
The enterprise-wide Global Talent Development team, responsible for designing and implementing NBCUniversal’s talent development strategy across our vast portfolio of media and entertainment businesses.
What You’ll be Doing
You’ll be a significant contributor within our Global Talent Development team, focused on building core, common, and critical capabilities needed to lead yourself and others at NBCU. Our days regularly toggle between the big-picture planning and curation of our development experiences to examining the small details that make them a success.

Desired Characteristics:
You’ve put in more time developing yourself than the bare minimum and have developed further expertise in the talent, strategy, and design space, which may include:
A master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or an MBA
Experience working on diversity-related programs or initiatives
Familiarity with: Articulate Rise, SharePoint, Success Factors LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Campaign Monitor, inDesign, and Canva
