Job Description
The Manager of Asset Life Cycle Management (ALM) is responsible for end-to-end life cycle management activities for NBCUniversal’s endpoint systems – from purchase to final disposition – for NBCUniversal’s fleet of 55K+ laptops and desktops.
NBCUniversal’s Operations & Technology Leadership has prioritized focus of ALM strategy, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of reshaping asset management processes through moving to a PC as a Service, managed service model. This role will assist with vendor evaluation and selection, and will serve as the lead contact and oversee governance of vender operations. This role will partner with ALM Engineering to coordinate and drive delivery of key project through vendor operations, including rollout of Intune/Autopilot for Windows device provisioning and Windows11 for new deployments.
Additionally, the ALM Manager will oversee NBCUniversal's centralized stock pool of new and reposed inventory along with budget and credit management for NBCUniversal’s $20M+ annual new hire, device refresh and disposal programs.

Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000 (bonus eligible)
