    Job Description

    The partnership coordinator provides project support to the Corporate Partnership team and to our corporate partners for our domestic Universal Studios Hollywood theme park. This role will focus on aiding in the development and execution of strategic co-branded marketing campaigns and in-park activations designed to maximize both parties ROI.

    Responsibilities include:

    MARKETING CAMPAIGN EXECUTION:

    • Provide Support in the execution of co- branded marketing campaigns
    • Attend weekly partnership meetings and provide recap notes per meeting
    • Collaborate with the USH Creative/Brand Marketing teams and corporate partners to ensure that all creative effectively communicates the USH messaging and brand standards.
    • Partner with Legal team to ensure all marketing elements (e.g., promotional and sweepstakes rules) comply with legal guidelines 
    •  Traffic and manage all creative campaign timelines
    • Assist on securing and managing all on-site activations requested per partner contract
    • Winner Fulfillment: Fulfill and maintain all elements of sweepstakes and winner information

    GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:

    • Budget: Maintain budget; tracking and reconciliation
    • Post analysis: create and manage campaign recaps
    • Market Analysis: Track competitive research and trends for planning purposes
    • Hospitality Benefits: Assist in fulfilling corporate partner benefits
    • Corporate Partner Presence: Maintain corporate partner on-site and digital presence 
    • Archive partnership material for all co-branded marketing campaigns and on-site presence

    INDUSTRY EXPERTISE:

    • Stay current on Promotional trends and industry developments. 
    • Monitor competitor and innovative promotions within the industry
    • Recommend new initiatives based on observations / learnings / knowledge

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4 year degree from a reputable College or University, with an emphasis in Marketing or Business
    • At least 2 years work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prior agency experience preferred.
    • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point
    • Positive, ‘can-do,’ self-starter attitude. Able to initiate projects and research information. 
    • Energetic, self-motivated, and demonstrates a strong personal desire to achieve results
    • Capable of multi-tasking, detailed oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.  Ability to stay calm under deadline pressure.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work well with all levels of management
