    Job Description

    ** Responsibilities**

    • Build effective working relationships within the immediate team but also teams across the UDX organization.

    • Work with fellow counterparts in the Creative Operations and Franchise Strategy branches of our organization to craft a pitch for a TBD Company Priority.

    • Help in the development of graphic design elements to support the creative strategy and vision of any given Universal Franchise property - working directly/partner with the Sr. Creative Managers on the Brand Creative team.

    • Assisting in creating style guides and packaging

    • Actively be engaged in team meetings and projects.

    • Actively participate and will always be encouraged to share ideas.

    • A “Break-frame” out of the box thinking and design execution.
    • A big picture vision with an interest not only as a designer but also as a future brand builder.
    • Ideal candidate should be keenly aware of current/evolving creative trends. Knows what’s happening in the “now” and has a strong finger on the pulse of culture. Greatly informs the work we do.
    • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
    • A take charge “can-do” attitude. Up to any challenge big or small is critical.
    • Keynote or PPT experience.

    Desired Characteristics

    • Candidate will succeed when there’s interest in all aspects of the business outside our immediate Creative group.

    ** Additional Requirements:**

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary: $17/hour
