  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Help identify external opportunities for NBCUniversal to showcase CSR programming including conferences, speaking engagements, and other thought leadership opportunities

    • Draft external-facing communications supporting NBCUnites, our volunteering and social impact programming, including partner & employee profiles, press releases, etc.

    • Support development and execution of NBCUniversal’s longstanding PSA campaign, The More You Know. This includes brainstorming topic ideas, drafting informational guides, staying up to date on social media topics and trends, pulling data reports, and managing program’s website • Provide marketing and communications support for Project Innovation, NBCUniversal’s annual grantmaking program. Tasks may include social media management, identifying storytelling opportunities and communications channels, publishing information to company websites, and drafting email communications

    • Maintain database of CSR industry awards; identify application opportunities and manage submission process

    • Manage and edit content on digital platforms including company intranet, public-facing website, and employee giving portal

    • Manage and archive CSR photo and video content 

    • Assist team when needed to research, brainstorm, or draft copy for ad-hoc CSR-related communications requests or inquiries

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or other related field from an accredited university __

    • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or public relations in a corporate environment and/or the nonprofit sector

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design or photo editing software
