    Job Description

    The Coordinator, Trade Marketing is responsible for NBCUniversal’s marketing efforts to increase sales across the portfolio while working closely with the NBCUniversal stakeholders, inclusive of Agency Partnerships and network teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with team in designing and managing sales materials and positioning collateral for NBCU content properties during the pre-sell and post-sell process, including custom-built presentations, sales videos, one sheets, eBlasts, Ceros client integration recaps, and creative assets
    • Assist in the creation of NBCUniversal One Platform sales materials for the Agency Partnerships team
    • Be the connective tissue between internal teams (Sales, Agency Partnerships, Research, One Platform Marketing, One Platform Creative Development, Brand Marketing, etc.) to make sure materials are updated and refined
    • Assist on client events and activations (content strategy, event ideation, branding, list management & execution)
    • Be a support to immediate team members with inbound requests to ensure clear communication across NBCUniversal One Platform.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Preferably one year of experience with an agency, client or media company sales organization background, where the individual was responsible for supporting team in the development of presentations, sponsorship, creative and promotion.
    • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.

    • A positive attitude and the ability to work/communicate effectively with different constituents.

    • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Products (Illustrator, Photoshop)
    • Highly creative with positive energy.
    • Excellent oral and written skills.

    SALARY RANGE: $50,000-$55,000; OVERTIME ELIGIBLE
