Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of media or television experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Media Communications, Film/TV production, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in large scale media environment (Broadcast, TV, News and information, Live Entertainment); or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage complex projects.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and other related tools.
Desired Characteristics:
- Deep knowledge and passion for US Hispanic content.
- Strong understanding of television programming & production.
- Individual must be a diplomatic team player with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage the needs of multiple departments.
- Must be an efficient multi-tasker with high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines, and a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Willingness to travel with short notice and on weekends.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.
- Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
