    The role:
    The Product Manager, Platforms will define, shepherd, and deliver compelling experiences across the TVEverywhere (TVE) portfolio of streaming products, which includes NBC, NBC Sports, Bravo, E!, USA, SYFY, Oxygen, Telemundo and more. Success in this role is defined by the ability to understand and prioritize outstanding requests from various stakeholders and the ability to execute each of those asks in a way that drives outstanding results. As part of the TVE Product team, this role collaborates with multiple stakeholders including product design, technology, marketing, data, and insights to solve problems and discover unique and elegant ways for our products to drive value for the business.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead a cross-functional agile development team to develop and integrate feature capabilities across various web experiences, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and MS Edge
    • Deliver bugs and new features from the product roadmap and tech debt backlog.
    • Write, prioritize, and accept product user stories.
    • Define the roadmap for a platform or platforms.
    • Communicate clearly and often with team-members, leadership and internal stakeholders.
    • Manage senior stakeholders through the entire product lifecycle: from definition to go/no-go decision
    • Partner with Data Science to develop clear and actionable insights from the metrics gathered through various systems.
    • Define and track product KPI’s.
    • Iterate on current products by driving testing and experimentation of new concepts or features.
    • Collaborate with other members of the Product, UX and Engineering teams to identify, iterate, discover, and design new features.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver new features within a matrixed organization.
    • Maintain relationships with external platform partners and technology vendors.
    • Keep on top of industry trends, technologies, and techniques.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of product management experience developing and managing multiple products at scale, delivering excellent customer experience with measurable business impact
    • Experience in JIRA and AirTable
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel preferred
    • Experience working in product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar, preferred
    • Strong experience with and understanding of browser platforms and web consumption behaviors
    • Detail oriented, organized and self-starting.
    • Empathy for users and how to mee their needs and simplify their lives
