Qualifications
Basic Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of production-related experience. Previous set experience preferred but not required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and the Slack platform.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and occasional weekends due to production schedules and topical news cycles.

- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, be able to maintain composure and be agreeable to last-minute changes.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Flexible, personable, self-starter, with the ability to interface with all levels of NBCU staff and show crew.
- Able to work independently as needed and learn tasks quickly.
Additional Requirements:
- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

- Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00
- Weekly salary range: $1,190 - $1,400
- This position is paid a weekly rate based on a typical work schedule of 60 hrs/wk. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at an overtime rate. In the event that you work more than the anticipated 60 hrs/wk, you will be paid additional overtime compensation as required by law.
