  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Securely handle confidential information and materials regarding not-yet released films
    • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment, often with tight deadlines
    • Assess priorities and urgency in managing multiple project timelines.
    • Respond quickly to requests for creative materials and efficiently communicate with Team Members in a timely manner
    • Prepare creative materials for in person meetings, virtual meeting, and electronic communication, including downloadable links, Keynote slides, PDFs, and QuickTime files
    • Manage & process accounting, purchase orders, and billing, while keeping track and updating the team on campaign budgets
    • Establish contracts and arrange secure delivery of feature film assets to outside business partners
    • Track, ingest, organize, and update new creative assets on internal Share Drive
    • Update the team’s real time working document that holds all project information
    • Manage, watermark, and distribute outgoing creative assets for review.
    • Coordinate with the Creative Operations teams for technical needs and requests for materials
    • Provide administrative support to the EVP of the department, including scheduling, phones, virtual and in person meetings
    • Process expenses and aid with expense reporting
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Passion for organization
    • Minimum 1 year of experience at an Entertainment Studio or Company, or within the Entertainment Marketing Industry (Agency experience a plus)
    • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Office & Teams (Bluejeans a plus)
    • Working knowledge of digital files like PDF, JPEG & QUICKTIMES (Adobe & Photoshop a plus)
    • Curiosity to learn more about Creative Advertising

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor Degree preferably in film, marketing/business or communications
    • Prior administrative experience working in the entertainment industry, especially film, TV, or a creative agency

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

    • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $60,000: NOT BONUS AND LONG-TERM INCENTIVE ELIGIBLE
