In addition, the team provides talent advisory services: including external talent mapping, competitive market and organizational/leadership intelligence, and proactive pipelining to support near-, mid- and long-term succession and talent planning needs.     THE POSITION:

    As part of NBCUniversal’s global full-service in-house executive search team, the Manager, Executive Search Operations will drive operational excellence around our processes, workflows, and systems and further refine our data and analytics initiatives. You will drive continuous operational improvements, lead and facilitate trainings, and recommend and facilitate adoption of strategic tools and game changing resources to help streamline our data driven approach.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Oversee global systems and processes, including knowledge management system, reporting capabilities, and Business intelligence tools in order to present enhanced insights and data drivers in support of the Executive Search team, HR colleagues, and business leaders
    • Own global CRM, including document workflow and processes; identifying new and/or improved solutions; refine and streamline best practices
    • Champion importance and value of data capture and quality; Collaborate with Executive Search Team to provide various trainings and controls to ensure data integrity
    • Oversee quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc reporting; Perform audits to improve real-time data capture and ensure quality control
    • Drive Business Intelligence tool and system integration, migration and change management
    • Build global reports, dashboards, and scorecards in support of executive talent planning
    • Analyze data to drive strategy, optimization and identify new opportunities for Executive Search talent planning
    • Establish and collaborate with various teams to champion executive search initiatives
    • Own vendor relationships and payment processing
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing an ATS, CRM, or HR technology (i.e., Encore, huge plus, but not required); __ Experience implementing, modifying, and/or upgrading systems and processes
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Business Intelligence or data-driven tools
    • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (i.e., complex formulas, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)
    • Accustomed to problem-solving quickly and efficiently, with a talent for predicting possible issues/roadblocks before they arise
    • Thrive in a team-focused and service first culture, high sense of urgency and demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, and other initiatives with a high attention to detail
    • Passion for story telling through data, auditing, and reporting
    • Self-directed, independent thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
    • Role based in New York

    SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $145,000; BONUS ELIGIBLE
