    Job Description

    The Kelly Clarkson show is seeking an Audience Coordinator to work with all day-to-day operations as outlined below. This is a Run of Show position that will support the Production and O&T with a variety of administrative and functional responsibilities not limited to the following:

    ** Essential Responsibilities:**

    • Coordinate all show ticketing and audience recruiting strategies to ensure that The Kelly Clarkson Show studio seats are filled
    • Forecast seasonal audience needs and manage cost effective ticket distribution through sources including show website, third party ticketing sites, and social media
    • Coordinate The Kelly Clarkson Show assigned Page staff and manage Page audience team throughout the live audience process
    • Coordinate all necessary Page training regarding show ticketing policies, instructions, and in-studio audience loading procedures
    • Maintain ticket inventory and arrange for all ticket printing
    • Coordinate with show producers on any group bookings including special audiences
    • Coordinate all The Kelly Clarkson Show VIP/client ticket arrangements
    • Coordinate requests with any senior management and implement special arrangements as needed
    • Assist NBCUniversal Marketing and Sales, Talent Relations, Government Relations, and Affiliate Relations and other internal departments with show ticketing requests
    • Liaison with Producers regarding audience guests and any special VIP needs
    • Interface with The Kelly Clarkson Show Audience Producer, Stage Manager and other staff as needed regarding the coordination of any show content or segments requiring audience participation and other related logistics
    • Manage any accommodation requests from guests in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (A.D.A.) as well as ensure all Pages are properly trained and aware of all safety procedures and best practices for handling visitor A.D.A. accommodation requests
    • Monitor all physical studio audience facilities regarding any present hazards that could result in the risk of injury to audience members
    • Respond to and resolve any The Kelly Clarkson Show visitor complaints
    • Work closely alongside the entire Audience Services team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and pleasant process for all audience guests seeing a live show taping at 30 Rock
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of television production experience
    • Working experience with Microsoft Office

    ** Eligibility Requirements:**

    • Must be willing to work in New York, NY
    • Must have work authorization to work in the United States

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Knowledge and interest in pop-culture is a plus

    Hourly Range: $22-$30
