    Responsibilities

    This position works closely with all members of the USH Talent Acquisition team to provide a flawless candidate and new hire experience. In this role you will manage calendars and create optimum interview itineraries, maintain confidential documents, and deliver flawless customer service to all candidates and new hires.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize complex calendars; schedule candidate interviews and adapt to last-minute changes in schedules.
    • Update candidates and/or requisition statuses in SmartRecruiters (ATS)
    • Coordinate and disseminate candidate and interviewer logistics
    • Assist with the onboarding process; orientation scheduling/emails, create nametags, and coordinate parking passes.
    • Submit and manage background check requests, and check references as time allows
    • Monitor and direct incoming communications and correspondence between TA and all other hiring departments
    • Prepare correspondence, presentations and materials
    • Maintain accurate distribution lists (companies, colleges, email, office phone, cell, etc.)
    • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
    • Create a positive and professional work environment for all who interact with the office and team
    • Work with HR Business partner teams to creatively solve problems and assist clients with requests, workflow, and staffing questions
    • Other miscellaneous duties and projects assigned, as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition/HR Coordinating, Recruiting, or related experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft office
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

    Desired Characteristics

    • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field preferred
    • Hospitality or Entertainment Industry experience preferred
    • Highly skilled in meeting deadlines, prioritizing work and driving quality results
    • Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) knowledge is a plus
    • Successful candidates will possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of clients in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Proven ability to generate professionally written emails and correspondence
    • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
    • “Client-service” minded professional with an interest in helping others in and outside the organization

    Additional Requirements

    • This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
