In this unique opportunity to join a thriving business as a Summer Intern you will be get the opportunity to:

• Partner with the IT Teams for mobile food ordering software integration within venues.
• Analyze data from venue integration of mobile food ordering, comparing to same venue point of sale and non-mobile food ordering venues (Mobile food and drink order transactions, window pick up times, wait times, throughput etc.)
• Creation and implementation of venue specific mobile food and drink ordering operations job aids
• Conduct field training for mobile food and drink ordering and the kitchen display systems
• Creation and integration of venue path of travel for mobile food ordering check in and pickup.
• Coordination of mobile food ordering signage parkwide.
• Website and app menu updates for mobile food ordering venue availability and menu offerings.
• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
• Salary Range: $18.00-$25.00 an hour

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS program with a focus on technical studies or like field
• Junior/Senior year students are preferred
• Previous internship or project work in a technical field
• Able to work independently on tasks and seek information from multiple resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
