Reporting directly to the UX Manager, this person will be a key contributor to the UX team within the Product Development department and will be responsible for delivering great products that meet our company goals and exceed our customers' expectations.

As a UX Designer at SportsEngine, you will...

    • Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to design—for a product team, with support from senior designers.
    • Be insights-driven. You’ll pair closely with our UX Research team to design exceptional user experiences grounded in user insights.
    • Utilize and make contributions to our design system
    • Produce concepts, prototypes, and designs—knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and wireframes.
    • Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work and take responsibility for every detail every step of the way.
    • Be part of a team. You’ll be joining our exceptional design team and have a chance to grow your skillset alongside our passionate group of designers.

    • Help contribute to the overall process, product strategy, and best practices for our UX team.
    • Present your work, align multiple stakeholders, and consider all feedback critically.
    • We are a remote-friendly work environment. Whether you live outside the Minneapolis area and would be fully remote, or you live within commuting distance but want the option to work from home, that works for us.
    • We offer flexible work schedules, including the option to work four 10-hour days.
