    Job Description

    In this newly created position, the Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology, will work at the intersection of product, product marketing, and technology. The Senior Product Manager will own and be the POC for the MarTech stack of all TVEverywhere (TVE) brands (NBC, Bravo, USA, SYFY, Oxygen, E!, Telemundo) along with play-along apps for The Voice and America’s Got Talent. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a consummate team player to be successful.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Owner of the TVE MarTech stack
      • POC for both our MMP (Branch) and CMP (Iterable) vendors, leading weekly meetings and fielding any questions as necessary.
      • Experienced in product implementation, its nuances, and current limitations.
      • Experienced in product integrations, nuances, and current limitations.
      • Manager of the MarTech roadmap, working in partnership with key stakeholders to launch new functionalities and feature enhancements.
    • Product partner for Marketing Operations
      • Ongoing check-ins with operations leads, fielding any questions related to proprietary functionality.
      • Regular maintenance of technical documentation.
      • Partnership on platform enhancement requests, assisting in the prioritization of requests with the respective vendor.
    • Stakeholder POC
      • Lead weekly office hours for MarTech related questions.
      • Present executive-level readouts related to ongoing MarTech projects.
      • Provide visibility to our stakeholders into the MarTech roadmap, and where requests fall in terms of priority.
    • Strategic lead on cross-functional priorities
      • Drive product recommendations that assist in execution of cross-program asks.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The following are required qualifications for the Senior Product Manager, MarTech, role:

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 5+ years of experience on cross-functional product teams.
    • 2+ years of management experience.
    • Understanding of REST API protocols and JSON objects.
    • Understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables).
    • Must have demonstrated experience with analyzing data to make recommendations.
    • Experience with a MarTech platform i.e. Iterable, Braze, Branch, Kochava.
    • Experience with a customer data platform i.e. mParticle, Segment.

SALARY RANGE: $150,000 -   $190,000; BONUS AND LONG-TERM INCENTIVE ELIGIBLE
