Operations and Technology is a global organization that provides enterprise technology, operations, engineering, and facilities management services to NBCUniversal’s businesses and offices in the Tri-State area, London, Los Angeles and Miami.  This is inclusive of the company’s owned studio and post-production operations servicing television and film, including the network operating centers in Denver, New York, and New Jersey.  In addition, global security and the global real estate portfolio (including the management and development of the Universal Studios property in Los Angeles) sit within the organization. Within Operations & Technology, The Rockefeller Center Technical Operations group is responsible for supporting an array of television and production services across NBCUniversal, from running day-to-day Entertainment & News production operations, to long-term strategy development and capital planning. The team partners with businesses across NBCU to drive production, manage varying technology and operational initiatives to help define, meet, and maintain business goals with our partners. As a member of the Studio Production Planning Team, the Analyst contributes to resource scheduling services, and operations management of a large production operations workforce supporting live news, sports and entertainment show production for NBC Studios, Rockefeller Center.  Key areas of responsibility include analysis and reporting, product support, program coordination, project planning, and administrative organization. Bring your authentic self, your ideas, and proposed solutions to help develop, improve, regulate, and sustain efficient processes and business initiatives. This role will be a hybrid of working remotely and in the Rockefeller Center NYC office.

    • Analyze and measure data while considering human experiences to answer questions and provide insights with clear metrics visualization

    • Measure SLAs and KPIs to report progress, trends, and provide recommendations to solve problems

    • Build and maintain dashboards for workforce details including training, overtime, production volume, scheduling changes and process throughput

    • Organize, update, and maintain multiple data sets, lists, guides, trackers, coordinating with the team to correct and reduce input and format errors

    • Lead onboarding process and organization of materials

    • Assist in the development and improvements of frontline and back-office tools and applications, keeping pace with business changes and growth 

    • Coordinate, track and help prioritize submitted product change requests

    • Assist to manage workflow, analysis, and presentation of production operations performance programs

    • Collaborate with the team to develop and produce engagement programs, group business initiatives, and internal events

    • Present project status, dashboards, and analysis for team review and discussion
