    Job Description

    The Position
    NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $8B annual advertising business.

    The Sales Enablement team provides support and builds business solutions for Sales, Planning, Marketing, Research, and Finance departments across a National and Global Ad Sales landscape. The Associate Product Manager of Salesforce CRM will support sales enablement for NBCUniversal’s national Ad Sales and Marketing teams through the development and execution of processes, primarily within Salesforce.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Product Director of Salesforce CRM, the person in this role will:

    • Champion building out and maintaining our marketing system by working with key stakeholders across Ad Sales and Marketing ie. Creative Partnerships, Trade Marketing, the COE, Sales, etc...
    • Promote One Platform marketing selling by supporting and enhancing the existing NBCU Ad Sales and Marketing process to drive growth.
    • Collaborate with National/Local/Global Sales, Marketing, Research, Finance, and Sales Operations to optimize processes, particularly for priority initiatives from leadership.
    • Help work towards AP&O’s north star of achieving data integrity by monitoring and maintaining data quality within the marketing database ie. Salesforce, the marketing look book - HighSpot, etc…
    • Create and deliver valuable content, tools, and resources through various channels to help our customers succeed.
    • Have a keen eye for monitoring and emphasizing user adoption across content, tools and systems.
    • Report regularly on best-in-class membership growth and new program impact, highlighting what’s worked and what we could optimize.
    • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest industry trends in sales, marketing, content, vendor enhancements, and events.
    • Share best practices across Sales Enablement product success, the COE, AP&O and Salesforce Support teams.
    • Ensure accuracy of Ad Sales data (i.e., accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities).
    • Modify documentation as needed for supported properties and work with COE on changes to templates, training materials, quick reference guides, etc.
    • Collaborate with COE to deliver training for new hires and on new capabilities. ​​

    Required Qualifications/Skills
    •2+ years of marketing operations and automation experience
    •Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
    •Strong background and working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and other marketing tools (Marketing Cloud / Pardot certification preferred)
    •Marketing automation experience (implementation, integrations, management, best practices)
    •Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and/or similar project management tools
    •Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
    •Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing concepts and work with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution of those plans
    •Proven track record in communication excellence within a fast-paced environment with both external (i.e., customers, partners, and agencies) and internal teams
    •Experience planning, launching, and measuring long-term marketing programs as a key project contributor
    •Experience reporting results and presenting data in a way that makes sense to executives and practitioners alike

    Preferred Qualifications
    •Experience working for a media company, specifically within / supporting advertising, marketing, and sales
    •Knowledge of global markets
    •Proven facilitation skills and ability to work with multi-functional teams (business and IT)
    •Proven ability to be both strategic and tactical
    •Demonstrated ability to think proactively and manage multiple projects
    •Comfortable learning new systems and technical skills
    •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
    •Familiarity with third-party vendors a plus (Monday.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

    Salary Range : $95,000 - $105,000
