A TechBar Analyst is responsible for assisting with the support and operation of the Golfnow TechBar. Reporting to the Global TechBar Manager, this role will be responsible for setting the standard of and maintaining exceptional service providing support to our clients. More than just a "help desk," Company’s TechBar is the destination for walk-up IT support in our Orlando, FL facility. The TechBar is a fun and fast-paced environment that offers troubleshooting, support, and education across all technology platforms to our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated experience in high volume customer service environments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills such as: persistent, client-oriented, results-oriented and accountable
• Strong oral and written communication skills

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

• A passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual who has a drive to succeed and is excited about customer service.
• Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to resolve technical support queries on the fly and with customers.
• Ability to train and engage analysts both, dedicated and non-dedicated, on TechBar operations.
• Willingness to learn and desire to continually improve both their own skills and the skills of others.

This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
