Job Description
The Entertainment Coordinator will support two executives, SVP, Current Programming and Director, Current Programming working across the NBCUniversal TV portfolio, including Peacock, NBC, USA, E! News, Bravo and SYFY Networks. The position also serves as office liaison, communicating with internal divisions as well as the external business and creative community.
• General administrative duties including: managing heavy phones, calendar, contact management, expenses, and travel
• Coordinate conference calls, meetings, table reads and run-thrus; maintain files and status reports for series in production
• Assist in internal communication across NBCU departments and divisions; as well as with external partners in the creative community: networks, other studios, agencies and managers.
• Maintain internal documents including development & programming reports, production distribution lists, submission logs, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and preferably 1+ year(s) of on-desk industry experience
• Professional phone skills, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
• Experience supporting executives
• Knowledge of the TV industry landscape
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and GSuite (Google Sheets and Google Docs)
