    Job Description

    As a Graphics Associate Producer for Weekend TODAY, you will be responsible for preparing graphics, pitching, developing, writing and editing features.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare graphics for live news program
    • Produce weekly franchise segment news content, primarily for broadcast; including research, interviews, writing & editing scripts, overseeing tape edits
    • Pitch story ideas and work on assigned stories developed by the editorial team
    • Work with Standards & Legal Team to ensure Editorial Standards of all segments
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring:

    • At least 2 years in business news, or a related field where you have obtained knowledge of stocks and the overall stock market.
    • Leadership qualities.
    • A proven track record of learning and implementing new television related technologies.

    Desired Characteristics :

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments, while working with multiple reporters and editors on the broadcast and digital teams.
    • Experience with FactSet or other stock tracking software.
    • An interest in the stock market.

    You’ll stand out if:

    • Experience with stocks and the stock market, whether its working on Wall Street or covering them in a journalistic capacity.
    • Demonstrated strong knowledge and interest in business news.
