Job Description This position is open to remote candidates located near one of our HUB offices THE POSITION The Ad Sales Measurement & Impact team is seeking a Sr. Manager to join our growing Ad Impact team. We are a strategically orientated group that partners with agencies and clients to measure the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and sponsorships across NBCU content, platforms and partnerships. We provide insights to our clients about how their campaign performed across the purchase funnel. We answer key questions including: How did advertising with NBCU deliver on KPIs and help solve the client’s business challenges? Which NBCU content or property or platform was the most effective? What best practices from all measurement projects can be leveraged to maximize the effectiveness of future campaigns? The Sr. Manager of Ad Impact will be responsible for overseeing cross-funnel campaign measurement from end-to-end, with dedicated analyst(s) support. They will play a leading role in developing cross-platform campaign measurement recommendations, project managing execution and presenting results and insights. The right candidate will be detail orientated, passionate about media and marketing and have an enthusiastic attitude towards storytelling with data. DAY TO DAY DUTIES
Qualifications · Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Media, Math, Statistics, Marketing Analytics or related field · Minimum of three years in media research with a broadcast or cable network, digital entertainment company, advertising agency, media research provider or data analytics firm · Experience with either (or both) syndicated and custom brand impact and attribution partners. Examples include Nielsen systems, comScore, KMB, EDO, Phoenix TV and Digital Brand Effect, LiveRamp / Data Plus Math, NCS, ListenFirst, Nielsen Social and YouGov · General understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem, with an emphasis on data management and tagging · Experience with conducting campaign effectiveness or attribution studies with walled gardens a plus (Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) · Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives that support internal objectives, including writing surveys, managing survey fielding, analyzing banners & crosstabs · Must be well versed in MS Office (formatting, creating charts/graphs, pivot tables and formulas), MS macro is a plus Eligibility Requirements: · Must be willing to work in New York, NY · Must be willing to submit to a background investigation · Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States · Must be 18 years or older • Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment. • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated. • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
