Job Description
At NBCUniversal, digital accessibility isn’t just a checkbox on a task sheet- we endeavor to bake it into our products while creating experiences that delight our customers and employees. In this role, you’ll work closely with digital product organizations across NBCU on strategic projects and programs that build accessibility skill sets in teams and enable effective, sustained progress to be made in integrating accessibility as a core practice across all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will support the Senior Director of Accessibility in optimizing the centralized infrastructure, standards, and resources for businesses to utilize in their operational accessibility work.
The successful candidate will exhibit in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills with assistive technologies and accessibility principles. Critical to this role will be hands-on consultation with product teams, embedding accessibility best practices and user experience solutions in the Agile development process. You will also need to be a detail-oriented and effective communicator, capable of developing deep relationships and serving as a trusted advisor while driving critical initiatives forward.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
