The Talent Management manager role is critical member of NBCUniversal enterprise-wide Global Talent Development team , responsible for designing and implementing NBCUniversal’s talent development and learning strategy at all levels of the organization, enterprise-wide talent practices and processes, and our all-employee diversity, equity and inclusion learning approach designed to power an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
