Job Description
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PROJECT/LIMITED TERM POSITION WITH AN ESTIMATED DURATION OF UP TO 24 MONTHS, UNLESS OTHERWISE AMENDED OR TERMINATED AS DELIVERABLES WITHIN THIS PROJECT ARE COMPLETED.
As an Olympic Digital/ Operations Coordinator, you will report into the Director of Operations and work in tandem with the Olympic Operations team as well as the Olympic Digital team on managing tasks pertaining to the Stamford Olympic effort, and pre-Olympic filming/profiles.
Tasks include but are not limited to: attending internal planning meetings, tracking follow up action items, extensive database management in regard to facilities, digital manpower, and all aspects of logistical and facilities planning in preparation and execution of The Paris Olympics 2024 and Milan-Cortina 2026.
