    Job Description

    We're seeking a seasoned individual to lead a team of full stack and quality engineers, adept in Scrum methodologies, and driven to spearhead product innovation for the event industry.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Coaching and leading a team of full stack and quality engineers (10), fostering a culture of collaboration and growth within an Agile and Scrum framework.
    • Serving as a technical mentor, providing hands-on coding support and ensuring smooth software delivery using .NET and cutting-edge web technologies, all within an Agile methodology.
    • Work closely with product owners and engineering leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
    • Driving security initiatives and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Execute UI framework revamp to enhance user experience and maintain modern design standards.
    • Assigning tasks and breaking them down into manageable goals, crafting specifications, and evaluating feasibility within an Agile environment.
    • Documenting the software development process comprehensively, adhering to Agile documentation practices.
    • Participating in the Agile-based hiring process to recruit top-tier talent and understanding our team's resource needs as we expand.
    • Staying updated on emerging technologies and tools in the industry, with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Plus, handling other Agile-related duties as needed to support our team's success.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years in a software engineering leadership capacity.
    • Experience in the Microsoft development stack (C#, ASP.NET, VB, SQL Server).
    • Experience in web technologies (JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, Aurelia, HTML, CSS).
    • Experience in test automation, managing quality engineers, and general software quality methodologies.
    • Experience with Git/GitHub/Jira or similar technologies.
