Summer 2024 Internship - Licensing Intern, Fashion & Living (UP&E)
Job Description
_ Responsibilities_
Own a complete refresh and revamp of our Fashion and Living licensee on boarding process by detailed review of existing materials and process document, collaboration with contract operations, legal, global brand standards, product development, finance, category and other teams.
Develop licensee materials
Update internal shared folders and process guide for existing and new team members.
Create tracking tools to monitor progress of new licensees.
Work with other teams for necessary approvals and input
Assist Fashion and Living Team with ad hoc projects, specifically around licensing plans, target co brand/collab partners (including initial outreach) and competitive shopping.
NOTE: Due to complexity of on-boarding process project, this is expected to be most of the internship time.
Qualifications
_ Qualifications/Requirements_
Project management skills.
Ability to build relationships and interact with other teams to complete project.
Understanding of Microsoft office collaboration tools (SharePoint, One Drive) as well as fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote.
Highly organized.
Background/study in business administration, management or operations with desire to be a project manager.
Desired Characteristics
Strong communicator.
Curiosity and interest in developing a complete and useful process as the end goal.
Interest in consumer products and licensing interest in fashion and living segments a plus!
Additional Requirements:
Salary: $17/hour - $20/hour
