    Job Description

    The Art Production Assistant for Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is responsible for working closely with the Art Department. 

    • Assist Art Department with daily set needs for show & pre-tapes
    • Ability to utilize resources under tight deadlines
    • Work closely with Segment producers.
    • Perform clerical duties
    • Organize and manage lists of sets and props in long term storage
    • Other duties as assigned

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS:         

    • Minimum 1-year experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)   
    • College degree required
    • Must be willing to work in New York, NY
    • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
    • Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and select federal and religious holidays.

     

     DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:         

    • Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and master new skills is a must.
    • Strong typing skills required
    • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
    • Must be able to recognize celebrities
    • Must be well read and up-to-date on topics in entertainment news and pop culture
