    Job Description

    This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 7 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule Studio & Field Operations personnel
    • Build crewing spreadsheets based on information you will acquire from various schedules
    • Coordinate facilities & schedules with staff and freelancer manpower
    • Hiring point person for Studio & Field operations freelancers
    • Inputting personnel into internal system, SCORE
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies
    • Work closely with show Directors, Producers and APs to assess production manpower needs
    • Work closely with Technical Managers and Production Managers to help solve any crew issues
    • Onboarding of new technicians
    • Learn and comprehend all below the line positions
    • May perform other duties as needed or assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements

    • BS/BA degree required in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in studio & field broadcast operations or related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Excellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team
    • Possess a high level of initiative
    • Must be an effective trouble shooter, communicator and problem solver

    Desired Characteristics

    • Experience in excel
    • Strong work ethic, ability to work weekends as needed
    • Positive attitude and leadership qualities
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Ability to handle sensitive and, at times, difficult situations with confidence and ease
    • High level of responsiveness and follow-through
