    Job Description

    We are seeking a Manager to join our B2B Marketing team.  This candidate is an experienced multi-channel marketing expert that will develop and manage a robust customer acquisition and retention lifecycle marketing strategy. This role will develop and manage new acquisition strategies to drive engagement, retention, cross-sell and upsell strategies for existing customer bases across our golf businesses. Specifically, this role will work with internal and external partners (public and private golf courses, sales team, account management teams, etc.) to activate joint initiatives to drive customer adoption of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have built and managed complex, high volume email programs for successful B2B brands and will have experience working with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  They will understand personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies and will have a proven track record growing audience lists, building social and retargeting audiences, generating sales leads, driving sales, and facilitating customer engagement. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have broad experience in project management, managing the implementation of other digital marketing tactics such as paid social and organic campaigns, SEM, the development of landing pages, forms and widgets to convert prospects to inbound leads, as well as the ability to think out of the box to build creative marcomm strategies. Job Duties

    • Support business marketing goals and activities through the execution of acquisition, retention, and lead generation initiatives
    • Lead the development of go-to-market and multi-channel marketing plans for NBC Sports Next Golf B2B
    • Develop paid digital strategies to drive customer acquisition
    • Support in planning the master marketing calendar, accounting for product launch dates, key brand initiatives, seasonality, cultural moments and beyond in ways that support brand and business goals.
    • Develop an expertise in all B2B products, technology, and services for the purposes of marketing all that NBC Sports Next has to offer prospects
    • Manage ongoing email communication strategy to database of 30k
    • Build comprehensive lead generation strategies utilizing email, social media, paid search, etc
    • Outline the needs for high converting, responsive email templates and landing pages for marketing activities, including oversight of any external agency support
    • Ongoing CMS maintenance and content updates (written, video and downloadable content)
    • Build strong, working relationships with employees from all teams within the NBC Sports Next Golf group
    • Work closely with product, technology, and marketing to ensure clear brand messaging and value propositions are reflected within product and customer journey.
    • Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
    • Define brand and campaign KPIs, analyze results and report to leadership on weekly or ad-hoc basis; provide in-depth post analyses of campaign results
    • Continually monitor the strategic planning process and identify efficiencies, opportunities to optimize, leverage best practices.
    • Deliver on execution of annual industry events throughout the year as well as planning and execution of large, internal events

    Basic Qualifications

    • 4 year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or commensurate experience
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, including with B2B brands, demonstrating success with implementing multiple acquisitions and nurture campaign strategies
    • 5+ years of digital marketing experience spanning paid social, paid search, and the development of web applications and journeys to drive customer acquisition and engagement
    • Understanding of brand marketing fundamentals (positioning, annual brand strategy and planning, campaign strategy and brief development, integrated campaign planning and execution)
    • Understanding of online measurement practices and tactics (Omniture, Google Analytics)
    • Experience using Salesforce and Pardot
    • Excellent written and oral skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
    • Experience in web development frameworks such as WordPress
    • Experience with HTML, including with website content and updates as well as email design and development
    • Solid understanding and knowledge of campaign lifecycles and audience segmentation
    • Strong knowledge of Creative Suite tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Illustrator

    • Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL or Minneapolis, MN
