The Salesforce Administrator is a critical role to the success of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing improvement and development of our Salesforce instance in collaboration with both internal and external resources and partners.

JOB DUTIES

• Work with business units and subject matter experts to gather, document and translate business requirements into solutions using best practice approaches.
• Oversee and manage the work conducted by offshore contractor resource team. 
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Sales & Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, offshore contractors) to document and deliver on project requirements, conduct relevant testing, support end user enablement and meet deadlines.
• Understand related business processes and all primary business systems.
• When appropriate, challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Manage the sandbox and production release processes, including maintaining system integrity and security by understanding overall system design, and proposing solutions accordingly

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience in the Lightning environment, ideally in technology/SaaS environment
• Experience supporting sales functions

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in JIRA a plus
• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable when working with internal customers and a variety of teams
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking, business acumen, problem solving skills and ability to work through complex problems
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
