    About Us:

    NBCUniversal is a leader in providing entertainment programming to the US and international marketplaces. The International Television Distribution division is responsible for the international distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of linear and digital media. This includes distribution of current and library theatrical movies, direct-to-video movies, documentaries and specials, plus all forms of television product – scripted TV series, non-scripted TV series, mini-series, animation and TV movies.

    Overview:

    The Creative Services Assistant is responsible for supporting the mandates of the Global Marketing and Creative Services department, including both client and sales marketing activities. This role assists the SVP, Global Marketing and will fulfil administrative duties including calendar management, Travel Expenses, arranging messengers, coordinating sales calls and team meetings, plus additional needs for the SVP. The role will be heavily involved in finance tracking, processing expenses, vendor set-up, liaising with vendors, and invoicing. The role will also have both a large creative and digital emphasis, including assisting in uploading, maintaining and organizing creative assets, videos and metadata to various sales and client tools including Passport and NBCUView, and other sites such as Dropbox, Sharepoint and Frame.io. In addition, the assistant will support Network asset requests, New Media creative services’ needs, presentation and one-sheet creation and editing, and general day-to-day assistance for the department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support as needed including, but not limited to organizing and scheduling meetings, organizing travel, processing expenses, scheduling messengers and shipments, etc.
    • Handle invoices and vendor set-up, including liaising with vendors and using NBCU’s approved systems to process.
    • Maintain marketing budget tracker and review against actuals
    • Work with cross-functional finance and accounting teams and support VP Marketing with additional budget or finance-related needs
    • Work with Global Team to upload relevant creative assets from across the NBCUniversal portfolio to the marketing asset site, Passport, as well as the digital screening room, NBCUView.
    • Act as a brand expert, communicating asset timelines, airdates, and other relevant information related to the NBCUniversal portfolio
    • Collaborate with team to create and code marketing emails and assist in other digital development such as private/press screening rooms, sell sheets, apps, microsites, etc.
    • Manage user access to NBCUView.
    • Assist in creative brainstorming and editing for presentations, marketing one-sheets, and sizzles.
    • Liaise directly with postproduction houses, agencies, and vendors.
    • Assist in overall support of special events as needed during department events and markets that support sales efforts.

    ** This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.**
