** Role Summary**

The Manager of Digital Sponsorships Product Planning will play a critical role within our fast-paced ad sales team with a focus on driving revenue by collaborating across multiple groups to build strategic packaging and compelling media proposals.

** Responsibilities:**

• Serve as a key internal subject matter expert on all things related to pricing and packaging strategies for Digital Sponsorships.
• Build relationships with sales, inventory, product, and planning teams and provide strategic recommendations on packaging products & inventory utilization based on both RFP responses and proactive outreach.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage the continued growth of Digital Sponsorships across various verticals and brands within the portfolio.
• Work closely with Digital Sales Planners and Account Managers to provide thoughtful guidance as it relates to plan building, rate approvals, and campaign set up/execution.
• Develop and foster relationships with site, brand, and marketing teams to partner on strategic packaging, guidelines, and price points to deploy in the marketplace.
• Oversee the successful stewardship of all Sponsorship campaigns in collaboration with planning, sales, ad operations, and inventory teams.
• Analyze areas within the pre-sale and post-sale workflow that can be improved and proactively recommend process enhancements that improve executional accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

** Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of advertising experience, preferably in digital media planning/sales, client services, or campaign management
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as independent motivated self-starter as well as thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 (Bonus eligible)
