SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Finance is an integral member of the NBCUniversal finance team, responsible for providing financial, operational, and strategic support to the Games & Digital team. The primary focus will be on financial planning, analysis, and business and operations support. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task and balance priorities on competing initiatives. This position will report to the VP of Finance and will also be responsible for working collaboratively across various functions throughout the larger UBD organization and the Games & Digital teams. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Responsible for the financial planning process and P&L ownership across the Games & Digital portfolio
• Responsible for to the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, Five Year Plan, and monthly forecasts including accompanying senior management presentations
• Partner with business and category leads to provide financial analysis and decision support for business expansion and new business models
• Report, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators including: P&L, headcount and labor model, key performance metrics, cost allocations, and product development pipeline
• Builds modeling tools to forecast title performance and guide financial planning – e.g., revenue regression models, green light analyses and marketing spend models
• Prepares ad-hoc reports, special projects, and presentations for various internal stakeholders
• Collaboration with following stakeholders: internal finance team, functional teams for developing forecasts and budgets, accounting team for close process
• Understand market dynamics, business trends, and competitive landscape to provide insight
• Work with the Finance and Business teams to set up new processes and procedures, and opportunities for operational improvements
