Join the team at NBC 4, broadcasting from the iconic Universal Studios Lot. We're seeking a dynamic Reporter with excellent storytelling skills for our multi-platform role. You'll perform on-air live reporting, write and post stories to digital platforms, and collaborate on news packages. Generate diverse story ideas showcasing Southern California's richness and maintain a network of news sources. Your ability to track story developments and articulate viewpoints will keep our audience engaged. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. While not a requirement for the job, we would like our reporter to occasionally MMJ which will enrich our storytelling efforts.
