      Job Details 

    • Own day-to-day process for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  
    • Manage production process end-to-end for multiple channels, including setup, quality assurance, deployment and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of campaign deployments 
    • Create and execute new email marketing initiatives especially automated and triggered customer journeys, as well as ad hoc promotional calendar support 
    • Target existing and create new audience segments for campaign and channel-specific deployments 
    • Monitor campaign performance and utilize A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, copy, images and frequency in order to optimize channel engagement 
    • Produce and maintain channel KPI reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly 
    • Coordinate daily with marketing managers, creative and technical teams, and partners to execute initiatives 
    • Ensure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines

     

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 2+ years relevant email marketing experience 
    • Demonstrated success building and automating email strategy for e-commerce, or similar company 
    • Knowledge of email, landing page, and lead generation best practices 
    • Basic understanding of HTML and design templates for email 
    • Strong analytical skills for the purpose of understanding customer behavior and designing A/B tests 
    • Understanding of marketing principles and customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress of completion, and creating action plans to finish weekly campaigns on time 
    • Previous user of a CRM marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar 
    • Experience creating assets via Adobe creative suite (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver) a plus 
    • Knowledge of SaaS software sales cycles & marketing funnel helpful

    • Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to interface with remote offices and agencies 
    • Detail-oriented and endlessly energetic with excellent organization & communication skills 
    • Degree from a four-year college (e.g. B.A., B.S.) preferred 
    • Ability to work independently, and a team player who also demonstrates leadership skills in a matrix managed organization with multiple stakeholders 
    • Experience analyzing reports for trends in key performance indicators while sharing and applying knowledge
