Responsibilities: • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $37,000
