    Job Description

    NC Center for Counseling and Psychological Services is seeking 1 part-time and 1 full-time Licensed Psychological Associates (LPA) or Licensed Psychologists (LP) to conduct psychological assessments at our Greenville location. We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working independently.

    The part-time position is a great opportunity for someone that is already working full time and wants a supplemental income!

    Full-time: We offer Licensed Psychological Associates a 60% reimbursement rate and Licensed Psychologists a 65% reimbursement rate initially. However, there is a possibility of a 1% increase each year depending upon revenue generated and work quality. We also offer a $350/month stipend for health insurance. Average annual pay for LPAs is approximately $70,000, and for LPs approximately $80,000 but can be much more depending upon the number of clients seen.

    Part-time: We offer Licensed Psychological Associates a 60% reimbursement rate and Licensed Psychologists a 65% reimbursement rate initially. However, there is a possibility of a 1% increase each year depending upon revenue generated and work quality. We also offer a $100/month stipend for health insurance.

    This is a contract position, which means that each clinician has the flexibility to make his/her own schedule and work independently. We have a consistent referral system, as we have a contract with Social Security and primarily see Disability applicants in this office, so work is always consistent. Once hired, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to be credentialed for the panel for our referral source.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    -Master’s degree or doctoral degree in psychology from accredited university or college

    -Current license through the North Carolina Psychology Board as a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or Licensed Psychologist (LP)

    -Prior experience administering and scoring a variety of assessments, including intelligence tests, achievement tests, personality and behavioral tests

    -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
