    Summary:

    NCD is seeking a data-driven Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the operations department with the management of day-to-day business to ensure smooth operations. This person will be an integral member of our dynamic and growing team, focusing on CRM maintenance and organization, commission calculations and processing, and overall operations support.

    To excel in this role, you need intermediate Excel skills, including managing data and information, creating visual representations of data, filtering information, managing pivot tables, and using basic and intermediate formulas.

    This position is fully remote.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process data from billing files, payment files, eligibility files, cancellation reports, hold reports, carrier payment files, and commission files.
    • Analyze and manipulate data reports, including billing reports, payment files, eligibility files, cancellation reports, hold reports, carrier payment files, and commission files.
    • Identify ways to improve current Excel data processes.
    • Meet regularly with CRM vendor.
    • Ensure data validity.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • College degree is preferred, but not required.
    • Intermediate Excel skills required.
    • Experience working with CRM technologies.
    • System Administration experience a plus.
    • Data management skills.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Great communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills.
