Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Agent to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for selling our industry-leading insurance with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system

Must-Haves:

• Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Telesales and/or call-center experience
• High degree of technical knowledge regarding benefit policies, billing, commission structures, distribution systems, and selling processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves:

• Actively Licensed in General Lines Life & Health preferred
• College degree preferred
• 2+ years of insurance sales preferred
• Experience working in the health or dental insurance industry
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation offered for this role is $20 hourly + Incentive Plan.
