You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including employee disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, benefit management, HR system management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Oversight of employee records and payroll functions • Launch a digital employee wellness program Qualifications: • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
