    Responsiblities

    Communicate and follow up with consultants including architects, contractors, attorneys, municipal staff, engineers, and other parties associated with the development and initial design & construction process.

    Coordinate the land purchase/lease due diligence and closing process by working with the title company, attorneys, sellers and the NCG accounting department.

    Provide assistance in generating meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes for Development Committee and various development meetings.

    Coordinate creation and distribution of development reports and summaries including; pipeline reports budget approval tracking and Executive Summaries.

    Facilitate the Franchise Applications process to include application and included material preparation, submission, follow up and franchise license execution.

    Assist in compiling and preparing state and local municipality liquor license applications for new hotels.

    Qualifications

    Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, development and/or real estate transactions

    Advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft programs and Adobe Professional

    Excellent proofing, grammar, and spelling skills

    Organizational skills and strong attention to detail

    Ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency while handling multiple priorities and duties

    Ability to handle confidential information
