CUSTOMER & BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
ABOUT US: NCS Global manages the IT Hardware supply chain for large corporations and institutions, providing spare parts mgmt., IT hardware test & repair, and end of life services.
JOB DESCRIPTION: NCS Global is seeking a full-time Customer/Business Associate for its Inglewood, CA location.
REGULAR DUTIES INCLUDE: • Project management of projects including all logistics and communications with clients, as well as reporting • Working with internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors / providers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow • Assisting with business administrative items, including but not limited to, documentation, compliance, insurance, bookkeeping/accounting • Managing office/facility-related administrative items • Assisting with marketing, and new business development • Other job-related tasks

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: • 2-4 years of experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & Word) • Proficient in Quickbooks • Self-starter & attentive to detail • Occasional necessary travel
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree
